Project One was established in 2016 to combine our teams knowledge and experience of large-scale operational process and bespoke detailing in order to efficiently deliver the most challenging of projects for the most discerning of Clients.
Our senior management team consists of highly experienced individuals who have all held key roles at industry leading and multinational organisations prior to coming together at Project One.
This wealth of experience in all aspects of construction has been employed across everything we do, with all processes and procedures examined, rationalised and implemented to ensure we operate in the most efficient and effective way possible across our organisation.
As a company we invest time, energy & money in the employment of our key personnel, with the Project Manager & wider site team selected on the basis of their experience and suitability to the projects at hand.
Our Project Management team is supported on site by a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor who will lead all commercial aspects of the project.
Our on site teams are directly supervised by a Project Director and our Managing Director will take ultimate responsibility for the project and will be fully accountable for its delivery.
We believe the successful management of health and safety depends upon sound risk assessment principles being applied throughout the entire design, construction and occupational stages of the project.
We promote and safeguard the health and safety of the general public and all stakeholders affected by our activities.
Training of on-site personnel is also a priority, with weekly tool box talks carried out by the Project Manager to ensure that all operatives on site are kept up to date with current site conditions and risks as the works progress.
The management of health and safety is the responsibility of everyone on site, under the supervision of the Project Manager who in turn is supported by our Health & Safety manager.
